Where AI is used
AI may assist with reading a vendor’s published pricing and feature pages and drafting an initial summary of what was found, or with drafting parts of a review based on already-verified facts.
How it’s disclosed
When AI assistance was used to research or draft a page, that page shows a visible “AI-assisted summary” block explaining what was done and linking back to this page. This is never applied silently — a page either discloses AI assistance explicitly, or it doesn’t claim to have used any.
What is always human-verified
No pricing or feature claim is published without being checked directly against the vendor’s own site. Hands-on testing, when a review has it, is done by a person, not generated. AI is not used to decide a product’s pros and cons, verdict, or numeric rating on its own — those follow the completeness requirements in our editorial policy and, for a score, completed hands-on testing per our scoring methodology.
